Adolf Hoffmeister, the elegant globe-trotter, lover of art , good food and wine, knew her charms. As caricaturist, painter, writer, diplomat – and above all good friend to a large number of people – he spread the fame and secret charm of this beautiful city over the whole world. And his friends, personalities and artists with famous names, accepted his invitations, visited this magical city, and fell under its charm. This tradition of hospitality is continued today by his son. Prague‘s personal luxury hotel Hoffmeister hopes to become the place in Prague where the curious come, the satisfied stay and the exacting return. A special feature of the hotel is a gallery of Adolf Hoffmeister‘s art work. Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Terms of Payment 1. The Customer shall pay the costs of services based on the Supplier’s invoices, to the Supplier’s bank account Živnostenská banka a.s., Na Pøíkopì 20, 113 80 Praha 1 CZK account: 133676004/0400 USD account: 348310517/0400 EURO account: 340010516/0400 or in cash at the front desk of the hotel. 2. Invoices for sums in excess of the prepayment invoice shall be covered by the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of their delivery. The Supplier shall make out the invoice for services provided to the Customer no later than 15 days after the end of the event. All final bill/invoice related queries must be addressed to the Supplier’s Financial Department within 14 days of the delivery of the invoice but no later than the invoice due date. 3. In case of non-compliance with the due date, the parties to the Agreement have agreed upon a contractual penalty amounting to 0,1% of the invoiced amount per day of the delay. If the Customer is in arrears with the payment for more than 30 days, the Supplier shall be entitled to rescind this Agreement with immediate effect. The rescission shall be made in written form, and will be effective from the date of delivery of the written notification. The Customer’s obligation to pay all due services, contractual penalty and late payment interest remains unchanges. Prepayment Conditions The Customer agrees to accept the prepayment conditions which are outlined in the following section for all Tour group bookings. Terms and Conditions All reservations have to be guaranteed FIT The specifications of each booking must be sent by the Customer to the Hotel 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation conditions: High season: Up to 48 hurs prior to arrival: -no charge Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: -100% of the first night Middle and Low season: Up to 24 hours prior to arrival: -no charge Less than 24 hours prior to arrival -100% of the first night TOUR GROUPS The Customer shall submit the final rooming list no later than 21 days prior to arrival. With the receipt of the rooming list all reservations are guaranteed. Cancellation/Reduction conditions for Tour groups Up to 60 days prior to arrival: no charge but deposit will be forfeited 60-30 days prior to arrival: -30%of the whole amount 30-15 days prior to arrival: -50% of the whole amount 15-00 days prior to arrival: -100% of the whole amount Prepayment conditions for Tour groups Upon completion of the contract 10% of the total expected turnover 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total expected turnover 15 days prior to arrival: remaining 40% of the total expected turnover Group Gratuities In high season for every 20 paying rooms – 1 room complimentary; in middle and low season for every 15 paying rooms – 1 room complimentary Check –in/out time The hotel check-in is as of 14:00 hrs. Check-out is to be completed by 12:00 noon. Late Check-out will be charged as follows: until 14:00 hour 25% of the room charge until 18:00 hour 50% of the room charge until 23:00 hour 100% of the room charge Miscellaneous 1. The Supplier reserves the right in case of force majeur to relocate either groups or individual bookings to a hotel of an equivalent standard. 2. Booking changes, confirmations and cancellations can be confirmed in writing only and must comply with the deadlines specified above. 3. In the event that the Customer does not fulfil all the contractual conditions stipulated in this Agreement, the Supplier reserves the right to release the blocked space at no expense to the Supplier, and will bear no responsibility to secure alternative rooms or meeting space. 4. All reservation requests must include room-type specification. If the requested room-type is not available, the Supplier will automatically confirm the reservation with another available room-type. Reservations made without room type specification will be booked to the first room-type available at the time and the room-type will be specified in the confirmation. 5. Extras unpaid on departure will be guaranteed by the Customer. If the Customer does not guarantee the payment of unpaid extras, each guest of the group will be asked to provide a credit card imprint or cash deposit upon arrival to guarantee the payment of their incidental charges. 6. Due to the fact that Czech law stipulates the obligation for hotels to keep a record of arriving guests, the final name list, the passport numbers of all guests arriving in the group, must be submitted to the Supplier 24 hours prior to the time of arrival. If this above mentioned final list is not provided to the Supplier, every guest will be asked to fill out a guest registration card upon arrival at the Hotel.
