Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Free of charge cancellation is possible up to 3 days prior to arrival. In case of no show or late cancellation the first night will be charged from the clients credit card. Credit card is required for all bookings. If credit card is not available a 1night deposit will be accepted. The hotel does not have to accept more than 3 rooms at a time because this would be a groupbooking, which has to be requested by fax first. Group Policy: Please note that the cancellation policy for groups which means reservation for more than 3 rooms is six weeks prior to arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation we have to charge for all rooms which could not be resold. Please notice that group bookings have to be requested. We consider more than 3 rooms in a hotel for the same period as a group reservation.
